My experience was superb.

My experience was superb. I love coming here to get work done on my car. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. My appointment time was guaranteed and my car done in a timely manner.

Matt was his consistent rockstar self.

Matt was his consistent rockstar self. Came in for routine service/oil change, etc and all was smooth and accommodating. Knocked out the regular stuff and pointed out some things that will need to be serviced in the near future and gave clear pricing.

Service Department was great from the time I arrived for my appointment until service was complete. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone.

This oil change was done as schedule maintenance .

This oil change was done as schedule maintenance . I noticed that the quality of the work and visit is not as it used to be. Things that were listed as needing attention was not repaired from last visit as we are about to replace this vehicle but was not listed as needing attention this time! Also they use to wash your car but no more. I heard a lady asked them to do it but they used to do this as a courtesy but no more.

Had three items to be updated or repaired, they as usual did a great job. I have two Hondas that I purchased from the dealer and have had them serviced for a few years and as always they do a terrific job a fixing what was needed.

Marlow was great and easy to work with.

Marlow was great and easy to work with. We loved him. The check out process took way too long. The pressure to buy a service plan almost made me change my mind about buying a new car.

Bought my first Honda from Hendrick Rock Hill.

Bought my first Honda from Hendrick Rock Hill. Just had my first service visit. I'll be back!! My salesman Angel was the most respectful salesman I've ever had at any dealership. My service tech was the same way. After you buy a car from them they tell you you're now a part of the Hendrick family. I'm starting to believe it. And I'm a sensitive kinda girl. ?
