I went to the dealership to schedule a visit for my regular service and was quickly assigned a next day appointment at 8:00 AM. When I brought the car in there was no waiting and the car key was given and service assigned.

This is our fourth car purchase from Honda cars of Rock Hill. Les Stewart was easy to work with and helpful in answering our questions. We contacted him prior to arriving and he had our options waiting when we arrived. We really appreciate the friendly staff and the ease of transaction. We left with our dream car and will continue to use Honda Cars of Rock Hill in the future!

Sales- Ivan was great!

Sales- Ivan was great! Personable, knowledgeable and did not hard pressure me for sale. I explained just started the shopping process. The process of signing the documents took forever and I did not finance with the dealership. No explanation why we had to wait for 40 mins before closing the deal.

We love Honda of rock hill from start to finish and every hand shake in between, The staff has been amazing. Always honest, friendly, fair & efficient. They?ll be the reason our second vehicle is a Honda. I only trust them.

While the oil change was done, the tech team did not

While the oil change was done, the tech team did not reset the oil change reminder. I felt as though this oil change took much longer, and was disappointed that the tech opted not to do a battery test, considering my car is over 3 years old.
