Jason Vanasdale was conscious of my time. I was pinched for time and he rapidly worked without backtracking, I made my next appointment on time. Brett Burlingame took care of me in finance. The van was fuly ready, gassed and cleaned by the porter. It was an amazing experience.

So I'm a college student who was about to make their first credit purchase so right out the gate I was nervous about this whole endeavor. But when I got out of my car I was greeted, maybe just chance but was still nice to see. I told them the cars I was looking at on this site and was immediately escorted to the cars. All info was given to me upfront and they allowed me to look under the hood. When it came to purchasing it was very smooth and everything was explained to me. I wasn't lost and felt confident in the purchase. Then when I purchased it the car was given a wash and was vacuumed. Overall, great service!

My son an I had a great experience. The car we were interested in was waiting for us along with Jason, who was very knowledgeable and professional without being pushy. This was my sons First car buying experience and I think it was very positive. Also Cameron who helped us with the financing was very good about explaining and helped us through all the paperwork. I am very happy with my experience at Ron Marhofer; truly a very professional, trustworthy organization. I had been online shopping about 2 weeks for a pre-owned SUV. I had been narrowing my search and the Ron Marhofer Stores seemed to have the best prices on the vehicles and I was also impressed that they offered CarFax’s. I stopped over the weekend at the Nissan store to test drive a couple of different Jeep Compass’s and was introduced to my salesman Jason Vanasdale. I fell in love with a 2016 Jeep Compass, made an appointment to come in on Monday to discuss numbers and hopefully buy, but unfortunately the Jeep was purchased by someone else earlier on that day. I was heartbroken and Jason was compassionate. After a couple of frustrating experiences with other Dealerships, another Jeep very similar but better came in to the Used Car Store. Jason went to that store, sent me pics to peak my interest and rushed it thru service so I could test drive Wednesday morning. Jason was knowledgeable, low key…not pushy and patient; he filled out all the paperwork to get the financing started. With the wonderful finagling of finance team Angelina and Dan, the sale was complete and I was the owner of a beautiful 2016 Jeep Compass (75th anniversary edition)! My salesman Jason was wonderful! Jason stayed after hours for the entire process and even called to help me get my insurance switched over before I left! I kinda want to invite him and his family to my next holiday family dinner! LOL! I will definitely recommend this dealership and look Jason up when I need another vehicle. Give them a call if you are looking!

Robert and Brett made my car buying experience smooth and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, I was treated very well from the entire staff. Set up an appointment ahead of time, and Robert had my car ready to go... clean and pulled inside so that I could check out all of the options away from the rain. I was pre-approved with a lender when I arrived, but Brett was able to get me a better rate! Would recommend this dealership to anyone.
