As I was running late to my appointment with Jason Vanasdale, he sent me pics of my new Versa going through the car wash, adding gas, and a pic of my versa at the dealership waiting for me. We just had a very pleasant experience while purchasing a used Lincoln MKC. Our initial inquiry was handled by Kellie, who was quick to respond and follow-up when the vehicle we wanted went from pending to available again. Despite having a small footprint for the dealership, there was ample customer parking that was easy to get to. We were greeted promptly by Anna as we arrived and she stuck with us through the entire process until we pulled out with our vehicle. We pointed out a few flaws on the vehicle and she made them right all while we waited. The paperwork process was simple and fairly efficient (I imagine it was due in part to us doing our homework and securing or own low interest loan before arriving). We had a great interest rate already but Cameron, in finance, was able to beat it despite his initial thought that our rate was the most competitive. That type of honesty and transparency was appreciated. While we were signing papers with Cameron, Anna was just steps away personally conducting a final detailing. The vehicle was always in out sight throughout the process and paperwork- best foot forward right out of the game so they had nothing else to do or anything to hide. The entire process from arriving to the time we drove off the lot was no more than 3.5 hours. We feel we received a terrific deal on a quality pre-owned vehicle without stressful negotiations and without spending an entire day at the dealership. It was well worth the 1.5 hour drive.
