I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021.
I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

Bryan Hammond used car sales manager is a master in his industry and customer satisfaction oriented leader; this is obvious by all the associates you encounter from start to end. Not everything can be perfect, but when a hiccup surfaces Brian and Andy; management team responded swiftly and professionally. Then you make your way to finance, and if your lucky the you’ll land in Ryan’s office!! He juggled me in person, and the husband out of town electronically and never missed a beat, making the entire transaction seamless right down to “no high pressure sales” for extended warranty’s, answered all my questions and eased any concerns! I bought the extended 5yr and exterior/interior protection for extra peace of mind, I’m so happy!!Great job team… I will recommend them ( Especially Mr Bryan Hammond) to anyone and everyone!! Great Ride Lacking in technology
2018 Lexus ES350 purchased as Certified Pre Owned Typically receive great service from Germain Lexus. Car has decent acceleration, ride is good however seats can be some what hard after 6 hours behind the wheel, technology is lagging with no ability to upgrade in reference to android auto or apple car play, handling and breaking is very good.

Most reliable vehicle
Owning a Lexus will prove to be one of the wisest decision you've every made. Speaking from experience here ... 1998 ES300 w/175k mi - Runs as smooth as new - Minimal repairs over the years. Maybe spent $800 on repair other than regular stuff. 2010 ES350 w/175k mi - Ran awesome until someone totaled. Replaced master cylinder and reg mait otherwise. Awesome car!! 2017 ES350 w/55k mi - Like brand new - Never one issue since new. 2018 ES350 w/67k mi - Just replaced the 2010 with this. Perfect vehicle doesn't begin to describe how I feel about it.
