I hope it is great as my 16 year old Corolla
I’ve only had it 4 days so too early to tell. I have wanted a hybrid because of the mileage. I do a lot of local driving.

Too new to evaluate at this time
It rides well, has very good pickup, it looks good . It has good visibility. I do mostly short trips and the Hybrid should provide good gas mileage.

So, You Thought You Bought a Hybrid?
I think I’m utterly disappointed in my 2020 RAV4 Hybrid XLE. One, I had to order it and wait for it but now my average mileage is 27.6. I’ve been trying to drive real slow, keeping in the speed limit, watching my foot and trying to be economical to get a higher MPG but no go; still at 27.4. The reason I bought this vehicle was because I’m a disabled vet and it was hard for me to get out of my Kia Niro because it’s a little lower to the ground. Because this vehicle, the RAV4 Hybrid XLE had about the same MPG as the Kia, I thought I’d get this instead. What a huge disappointment, if you’re thinking that you’re going to get 38 MPGs, it’s not even close. Skip this vehicle if you’re only purchasing it for the MPG because you’re not gonna get anywhere close. Taking it in on Monday to see about maybe returning it because it’s the most disappointing vehicle I’ve ever driven; almost had it 24 days. The KIA Niro is a beautiful car and gets the MPG it advertises; around 46 MPGs. This one DOES NOT! False advertising at its best; shady Toyota! I could’ve spent about $7000 less to get the regular RAV4 which gets around 27 to 28 MPG’s. DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE PURCHASING FOR GAS ECONOMY!

All that and Survivability
The RAV4 Hybrid's fuel efficiency is its main draw. Aside from returning 40 mpg combined, the RAV4's battery-assisted engine generates 219 horsepower, making it the most powerful RAV4 since its V6 engine was discontinued in 2012. The hybrid's dual-electric motor setup also turns the RAV4 into an all-wheel-drive SUV, which is welcome news in wet-weather climates. I had previously driven a RAV4 Hybrid SE (2017) when a deer ran out in front of me at 77mph. The vehicle was totaled but I survived. The 2020 with its redesign and my past history with RAV4s has made me a trusted customer for life.

I tend to stick to Toyotas
It’s good on gas, stylish, strong, and has great features. The size is good. Nice trunk space. Thes cars tend to have a better resale or trade in value than several others.

One of the best vehicles I have ever driven.
The vehicle met all my needs. Very fuel efficient, beautiful design, sporty, awesome interior. It is a lot more spacious than i though it was going to be, considering it is a small SUV. All and all, great vehicle.
