Car had to be located from another dealer. Was not informed it didn’t have a release from the inside for back door..During Coronavirus. Feeling deceived. Disappointed.

It's a dream to drive. I wish the steering wheel didn't telescope and the leather was real and not whatever Toyota's equivalent is (SoftTek) but overall I couldn't be happier. It drives like a dream.

It’s a very comfortable car and the gas mileage is great. It’s got a lot of functions that will take some time to get to know how to use.

After comparing the Toyota RAV 4 Hybrid “Limited” to the Subaru Forester and the Honda CRV, I chose the RAV 4 Hybrid simply because it is clearly overall the best mid-size SUV in terms of value for the money, advanced easy to use features, and superior design. The RAV 4 rides well, is roomy and comfortable and low maintenance. The Hybrid automatically comes with all wheel drive, with an average MPG of 38 mpg. It’s also fun to drive. The towing capacity is adequate but if you’re looking to tow a large boat, for example, the Hybrid version is not the SUV for you.

This car met all my needs. It is a great vehicle for the money. I appreciate all the safety features. It get great gas mileage.

I was getting older and was getting tired of hoisting myself in and out of low to the ground sedans. I also felt that safety and warning features of a new vehicle could be a good investment. It was also time to get a hybrid and cut down on my energy consumption. The new RAV4 has all of those things in spades! And I just love driving it.

This is a hybrid SUV. And the mileage is super awesome. Very comfortable. Also, it has the great resale value than the regular vehicle as this is a hybrid.

2020 Toyota Hybrid XSE -- Flawed & Dangerous Sunroof Design Problem The car looks and runs great -- however, the factory installed Sunroof exploded totally unexpededly and the glass fragments fell all over my wife and me. Car had less than 5,000 miles on it and the sunroof blew out and upwards while driving on an empty freeway. The Toyota Dealership (John Elway's Crown Toyota in Ontario, CA) AND the Toyota Factory in Plano, TX would not cover or make good on this known and dangerous defect at all -- under their new car Warranty. CRAZY! I was told to file a claim through my own insurance carrier and to pay the insurance deductible. NOT RIGHT AT ALL. It cost me over a $1,000 to have it fixed myself; plus the cost to rent a car for days. Because of the run around I went through with the dealership and the Factory I would never buy another Toyota again. I should have kept my Honda, I never had any problems with it and it had over 200,000 miles on it.

This car meets all of my needs and then some. Safe, reliable, sporty, and roomy. I love the Apple Car play and the heated steering wheel!

The Toyota RAV4 Hybrid has far surpassed my expectations of a newer car. Loaded with tons of safety and other features, the car is a very impressive one. For this looking for reliability, performance, and comfort look no further. This car has the smoothest ride that I have experienced in a RAV4. I have always been a fan of Toyota and the RAV4 models but this one takes the cake!
