Top of the pack for SUVs

I bought this newer 4Runner, spending the additional money after finding that they retain their value so well that it was hard to save much money getting an older one.

Could have better seats

The fake leather seats are absolutely uncomfortable. And how is it that a SUV doesn't have dual climate control or rear seat control? It also doesn't have automatic headlights but does have heated wipers. Its 4 wheel capabilities are out of this world though. Still wish it had a V8 and a better transmission.

Great 4Runner!

Love the new (to me) 4Runner! Got this one certified pre-owned. Great handling, awesome space, top notch fit and finish. Loving this ride! Previously had a 1996 4Runner and kept it until 2013 when we needed something a little bigger...have missed it ever since! Now got my 4Runner back, and it's just the right size. Plus I know it is going to last - I've seen my old 4Runner still out and about!

Nothing beats a Toyota

I have owned a Toyota Tacoma for almost 5 years now and I still love the truck and we bought a Buick Enclave for our growing family because of the size and seating capacity, but after sinking in $7,000 in repairs we decided that we would become a Toyota family and went with the 4Runner because that?s what my Wife fell in love with after one test drive, we couldn?t be happier, it looks sharp, drives smooth, and we have the 3rd row in ours which comes in handy for us, the only negative I will say is the gas mileage is not the greatest, but we are used to from our last car, but like I said nothing beats a Toyota Ours has the Xp package which make it look amazing

Best off-road capabilities in an modern SUV

The Toyota 4Runner has many great features and others that could use some improvement. The handling and maneuverability of the vehicle is definitely superior to any other SUV I?ve owned. The SUV could use an automatic rear hatch open and close button and an updated entertainment center screen. All said and done, another great job by Toyota on the 4Runner.

Great vehicle, all I need

Very reliable and great looking SUV, comfortable and well performing. I enjoy driving it, though haven't yet tried on a real off-road. The size is just all right. Has necessary features like roof rails and hitch.
