What happened to the seats?

I recently upgraded from a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo V6 to a 2012 V6. It's larger throughout, sits higher, has more horsepower with a much smoother drive train that gets 20% better gas mileage and has increased underbody insulation. So what's not to love about that? The seats and driver ergonomics! The seats are so much more firm. I drove numerous jeeps cloth, leather and vented leather and they are all really firm. I can't find a seat position that will enable me to see the top have the instruments. I am constantly ducking down to check my speed. Also have to sit back further from the steering wheel, reaching out further while driving. The 2009 was much more comfortable to drive.

Worst SUV ever : (

After having this SUV for two years I traded it in. It seem as if I stayed at the dealership because it was always something wrong. Engine problems, lights wasn't working properly (external), etc. Really do your research when getting this SUV. On top of all that the dealership provided the worst customer service.

Misleading title

failed to state cars have salvage titles. waste my time going down there only to find out the car they post only have a salvage title. deceptive dealer. If the prices are too good then there is a problem with the car.

Great Sales Experience

I was here looking at a grand Cherokee Limited. Ernest Clarke was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. He made the entire experience a pleasurable one. I would recommend Ernest and Eastchester Chrysler to any of my family or friends

Worst car for maintenance I have ever owned!

Everything has been wrong with this car. Sky roof recall (lots of noise), rattles, tire presure censor, no interrior lights, wipers won't turn off, no turn signals. AND, only 30,000 miles. Worst car ever. Going to dump it as soon as it's fixed this time.

I came into Dick Hannah dealership this week for an oil change on my 2010 jeep patriot. I walked out with a 2012 grand Cherokee ......which I LOVE!!!!! I worked with Ron Lewis, never felt pressured, felt like he took a genuine interest. Thank you again!!!!! Carrie

avoid

Issues started at 4k and continued ever since. It has been in the service center more than 8 times with four wheel drive issues, plus more. Going through painstaking process of buying back- will never buy another Chrysler product again. Lesson learned.

Love the car, hate the noise

I purchased a 2012 limited a year ago. I don't drive it a lot. Less than 5k on it at a year old. Styling, comfort and amenities are wonderful. V8 power is terrific. A major problem is the clunking shocks in the rear . Started with less than 1000 miles on the car. I had the shocks replaced under warranty and the noise returned almost immediately. Chrysler has a big time issue with this as many complaints have been lodged. So far no fix. I would not buy one of these again. By the way mine is for sale!!

Good drive

Had the vehicle for just over a year and the only complaint I have is that the leather front seats don't wear well and started cracking within the first six months. Great drive and power when you need it.
