2007 Honda CR-V consumer reviews

We previously owned a Ford Escape and absolutedy adored it. We put over 100,000 miles on it and decided it was time to trade. I hated to do it because it was in mint condition and wasn't giving us any trouble at all. In fact, we never did anything to it but change the oil regularly and put brake shoes on it. Anyway, we are reitred and decided to purchase a low mileage, 07 Honda CRV. We have had it 3 months. So far, so good. We are loving it! Gas mileage is good - We average around 25 miles per gallon. She handles very well. Smooth ride. In fact, the only complain we have is the seets are a llittle uncomfortable on long rides. Other than that, I would reccommend this vehicle to anyone. The interior has many cup holders and compartments. I especially like that. If you are considering a CRV, I would suggest you go for it! We are glad we did!

adequate hp and peppy. Hard..low ..non-power front seats on an EX-L.?. Average radio. Hard to reach fuel door release. Nimble but noisy ride. Rear seats and storage areas good and easy to access. Many smaller storage compartments abound. All wheel drive fine in snow and rain. Mine gets 23mpg in city and 28 or 29 highway. Overall a good vehicle that is good on oil (good tight engine)and steering not over-boosted as in some so has road feel. I'm pleased . All vehicles have their plus and minus.

After owning a Hummer for a while, I did a lot of research beore trading it in...and came to the conclusion that the Honda CR-V was the car to buy. I love this vehicle! There is an amazing amount of space in the rear of the vehicle and I can easily fit three car seats in the back seat. The front of the car is a little odd looking from the outside but from any other angle, this car looks great. LOVE, love, love the IPOD hook-up and the moving console is great for those with bags. Handles great on and off the highway. AWD is a great feature and it handles wonderfully in snow, mud, and rain! Love it and would highly recommend this to others!

I've driven this gold colored Honda CR-V EXL 4WD for 2 and a half years (51K miles). It hasn't given me much trouble on major components. However, I've had a problem with a malfunctioning door lock on the front passenger side- it doesn't unlock unless you manually do it. The door lock is such a hassle since that specific door lock also locks/unlocks the rear hatch. I had the same issue with an older CR-V that I previously owned Cargo loading on this car is great! I've fit 4 large travel luggage on it with room to spare! Also, the car handles great for an SUV, and the transmission shifts rather smoothly. I primarily use the car on the highway, and it's engine has adequate power for easy overpassing of vehicles. I have only done the customary oil change, filter change, fluid change, and tire change. I'm happy with my purchase

2007 ex-l. Leather, all the goodies. Pulled a pop up from NY to Montana over the Bighorns to Yellowstone. Averaged 19.3 with a 1500 load. P{lenty of power to make the high elevations, no overheating and normal accelleration and handling. Have had Lexus, Saab, and own an Alfa Spyder but this is the car I prefer. Buy one- youll love it.

simply, it exceeds all published performance standered ...highway milage per gallon is just out of thisworled. i took pictures of my little guage for MPG reading 31 MPG on my way down to Florida from Morgantown, WV while crousing all the way

Has a chatter somewhere near the glovebox area. You can feel it in the steering wheel at 63 to 65 mph. I keep taking it back to Honda and they say "too bad, it's the nature of the beast". I went to the dealer and drove a new 09, and they do it more than mine. I told the salesman if he found one that didn't chatter, let me know, I will buy it. He called 2 days later and said "they ALL do it". Honda Corp. said they can't fix it.

Greatest car I have ever owned. I had a baby and needed a good and safe reliable car and by far this vechile has proven so. I traded in my Audi A4 which was the hardest thing I have ever done, it was my one true love. However I was so suprised that the CR-V's handeling was actually simular to my Audis. Smooth, quick and easy! So excited to have a Honda!

best car that a save out of suv it not expensive to live with and you can drive it for ever and you wont regreat for buying it for sure

I am on my 3rd CRV- I just love them. Every time the change the model I fall for the new one. Most reliable car I have ever owned. Do not buy extended warranties- not needed on a Honday. Handles nice in good weather and bad.
