Love it! The car my daughter was looking for. Has everything she was looking for in a car for her and her children. Love the color!

It was a special new SUV for us as we live in the mountains with winding roads, grades up & down and snow 3 to 4 months of the year. The acceleration and handling is much improved in the 2020 verses the 2015 we had. The interior is spacious, comfortable, good climate control, so many new electronic features along with the safety features. Our granddaughter was T-boned last week by a drunk driver. The car was totaled, but she and her passenger were only slightly injured thanks to the safety features of the 2016 Ford Escape she was driving. We are happy with Fords.

I drive it about 150 miles per day. 4x4 has gone out twice, All sorts of warning lights go off, windows go up and down by themselves, transmission cooler went out, starting to stall, going back in to Ford for fixes but I don't really think they have them. Current mileage about 27k. Better wait to see if they remedy problems before buying. Will look at lemon laws after next Ford visit.

It’s pretty..... It’s comfy....but it makes a better couch than a car. I’ve never had so many mechanical problems with a new car. Shocks went out less than 6 months after purchase and I am a suburbanite...haven’t exactly been taking it off of sweet jumps or anything! Grocery store runs shouldn’t break shocks. Dealership is a mess. I’ve seen better communication in place at Walmart. The tech is glitchy. 4-5 times the touch screen has locked up and stayed locked on an all blue non responsive screen. Restarting the car (like a computer???idk) does nothing. After a few days it will come back on. Heating and air component controls for 2nd row loose when pressed. Shoddy construction. Now the actual review, the one I could have left if Ford wasn’t sticking American consumers with ripoffs shaped like cars: Clean lines, comfortable interior, great moon roof. Family memory type car. Roomy for passengers. 3rd row is small but workable. Quiet inside, really keeps the road out. Punchy acceleration- I never feel like “maybe if I lean forward it will go faster” when trying to get on the highway. Gas mileage is good given the size and power. You almost did it Ford. Almost. This import-only girl almost had a favorite American made car. Ditching it at personal expense to save the time I would ultimately have had to spend sitting in the ford dealership, forlorn on sticky pleather chairs soaked in smells of Nicorette, cigarette smoke, and complacency.

I’ve only had the Limited Explorer for 1 day so I am still trying to figure things out about it. I had a 2014 Explorer and this new one is way more Technologically challenging.

This is the most versatile vehicle I've owned. Something the wife and I are proud to drive around in. Can be driven to a formal function or used for grocery shopping. It fits in everywhere. Easy to drive and park. We love it.

This SUV is great, I love everything about it. It's comfortable, roomy and a smooth ride. I feel classy driving it but yet within my budget!

This car was exactly what I was looking for. It has met all my expectations. I would not hesitate to purchase it all over again if I had the opportunity.

We had an Explorer with our last lease and loved it so much that we went with another one!! The color Silver Spruce is so awesome! Very classy. Love the tan and black interior. It drives so easy! Very happy with this car!

Everything I wanted as far as options, styling, 4 wheel drive, 3rd row seating along with power rear hatchback. Plus the car just looks good
