I hate this car. You think you are buying a Cadillac but it’s more like a Kia and maybe a Kia is worth what you pay

Well thought out SUV. Just traveled 250 highway miles at 70 mph and averaged 29.2 miles per gallon - incredible! My 6 cylinder, 2015 top-rated SUV never got more than 22 mpg on the highway. The advanced adaptive cruise control is truly set and forget. Will even stop the car. Made the 250 mile highway drive a breeze. XT4 is well laid out - smart combination of buttons and touchscreen makes it easy to operate - no fumbling for climate controls, heated seats, or switching audio tracks. Very convenient volume control knob ensures you play all your music at the perfect level. (Or you can use the up/down volume control buttons on the steering wheel if you prefer.) Advanced technology makes the XT4 a pleasure to drive. The other day a neighbor was walking his dog as I was rounding a corner. The person icon in the heads-up display turned yellow and the SUV automatically slowed. XT4 will anticipate things before you do. XT4 is an interesting SUV that combines technology and comfort for a fun-to-drive, performant SUV.

This is a beautiful Vehicle but it is a horrible ride! Its in the shop at 325 miles with transmission issues! I wish I could give it back!

Over priced. Options get price to 50K in a hurry. Minimal storage behind rear seat. Charge extra for colors other than silver. Front seats to short for leg support. Mileage not as advertised.

vehicle its self is comfortable, drives okay ! not great ob bumps not very other than that drives well!! my biggest complaint is that it is under the xt5 and it can cost as much for a vehicle with all options! I leased an srx luxury for the same price i am leasing the xt4 and the srx was loaded I have awd and cold weather package for the money and that's it not even power lift gate or lane change warning ! for a vehicle that is suppose to be more affordable , IT IS NOT!!!!!!! BE AWARE OF CADILLACS PACKAGES!

Excited to purchase the XT4. We owned the car 58 days. It was in the repair shop 49 of those days. We had a problem with the transmission and they replaced it and have the XT4 back for 8 day the transmission when out again. Cadillac purchased the XT4 back from us. Cadillac and our local dealer gave us very poor customer service. Do trust them to help you

I only have this vehicle for 2 months with just under 3k miles and its already in the shop for transmission and engine problems first time owning a Cadillac and after this I dont think I'll get another one.

I did a lot of research before I bought this car but I also have a 2005 Escalade I have been so happy with. The XT4 IS FANTASTIC AND ROOMY My Only advice is to be very careful when you are looking at the options. I got the premium luxury and expected it to have all the bells and whistle’s heated seats plane departure friend and warning good sound system and it didn’t. They wouldn’t exchange the car so bottom line I ended up buying from another dealer and taking a loss on the card that I only had a few days in order to get the accessories that I wanted

This car is a home run. It is very comfortable in very seat and they seemed to think of everything. They even have a place for your umbrella. I also like the massage seats.

I purchase This car November 2018. December 6 2018 it would not start so I called roadside who told me a that it was a bad battery. Later I find out that was not the case 5 weeks later the car would not start again I had its towed to the dealership who told me it wad a dead cell in the new battery.This was on Friday. It is still there today which is Wednesday I was called to went to pick it up yesterday which was Tuesday because they told me it was ready. Only to get in it and there were multiple errors on the dash. I will never ever own or purchase another Cadillac. Unfortunately this has been a pain and has proven to be a very unreliable vehicle. The dealership however has been very Polite unfortunately I feel as if this vehicle I purchase has been used as a Guinea pig and it is no longer something that I choose to own.
