Great ride. Gave up my Lincoln for a caddie! Who does that? I do. So impressed! Older couple. We purchased basic. Has everything we need. Try it for yourself ;)

As far as luxury this is a nice crossover with a lot of bells and whistles, which you would expect for the money. After a month and after several recalls we noticed the car shifting hard and shuttering. Took it to the dealer and they are now planning to replace the torque converter and transmission. The dealer was very responsive but after reading other reviews I hope we did not buy a lemon.

Car is very comfortable.... but not enough power I cannot believe it’s got 237 hp sounds like a 170 hp Rouge or less. Take off from say a red light, hit the gas sounds like a 4cylinder Corolla with the engine straining.

I am so happy with the Cadillac XT4, it is absolutely stunning and drives like a dream! I went into the dealership thinking I would get the sport, but ended up loving the premium luxury since it looked best with the crystal white color. Couldn’t be happier - I find every excuse to take it for a drive lol.

It is ideal. I am very I-result with EVERYTHING about it. I would recommend it to anyone wishing to purchase an SUV. The xt4 model is the best innovation achieved by any vehicle manufacturer.

The car is fabulous. I have an Apple IPhone 7. EVERY time I get in the car I lose all volumes. Had it to the dealer, after having it for 3 days, no fix. The dealer got a case # from Cadillac which was nixed with no comment. I then went to phone store, not the phone, called onStar & no help, called Cadillac direct, spent an entire 2 days off & on, they never heard of the problem & gave me a case #. After not hearing back fo a week, I called Cadillac back----!!!! The case # was closed!!!! Zero, Nada, No communication!!! When I get out of my car if I do not raise my volumes, I miss all calls!!!! Oh & P.S. I use my phone for my job. IF APPLE PHONES ARE NOT COMPATIBLE, THE CONSUMER SHOULD BE TOLD. The car is going back to the dealer Wednesday- I will not leave until I get a remedy. The conclusion should not be that I need to buy a new phone. Cadillac should sell the cars w/a phone package. Other than the phone issues, I love the car. Just wish Cadillac cared.

Rides like floating on a cloud! Smartly designed interior with all the details one would expect included in the comfortable interior. Superior quality and I can not think of an omitted detail!

Everyone has told us the vehicle is gorgeous and it is. Performance is a different story. 3 weeks into it with just over 300 miles, we couldn't even get the vehicle open. Had to call for assistance. Battery was drained. What!? Went directly to the dealer after getting it jump started. Found out there were 3 recalls. Left it for service and picked it up after 2 days. The vehicle drove very poorly. The next day it was even worse! Prayed all the way to the dealer that we wouldn't stall. Vehicle is back in for service. Told sales and service that we don't even want it back! Trying to get out of the deal before making the very first payment which is coming up in a few days. We refuse to pay for a vehicle of this caliber that is so unreliable.

The XT4 represents tremendous value and luxury at a reasonable price point. In addition, it offers the elements of a smaller SUV with a crossover twist! It is a delight to drive!

I purchased it in January. I have over 1,000 miles on it and it started a shudder while driving. I called OnStar no codes came up nothing was wrong. Two days later it got worse would barely change out of gears at times. Called OnStar the second time and still no error codes. I took it to the dealership I bought it from and it needs a new transmission, automatic transmission fluid pan, automatic transmission fluid cooling exchanger and torque converter replacement for FWD and AWD. Just unbelievable for a brand new car I feel like I haven’t even got to enjoy yet. Very disappointed.
