We went in today to test Drive a Ford Expedition after I requested it be brought from the Virginia Beach dealership Beach Ford. Once we were done test driving the vehicle we sat down with our amazing salesman Randy and began talking number and extended warranty. He reenters the room upset and stated that the vehicle was sold be another sales associate. Very unprofessional and hurtful to a fellow collogue. We were returning customers but more than likely we will go elsewhere.
