Spent some time with Fritz Piatt who was amazing and patient. I had thousands of questions about Porsche as I have never considered the brand before. He spent more time than I expected to make sure all my questions were answered. Awesome experience, and couldn't be farther than the "car dealership" experience I have had in the past. Frist class all the way around!

I purchased my car from Leith after being referred here by a friend. I didn't have high hopes as I haven't had the best experiences buying luxury vehicles but I was quite surprised. I worked with a man named Fritz and I am grateful that I got to work with him because he clearly knows his cars. We talked for about an hour about what I was interested in and what I wanted in a car. He listened intently and only showed me the cars that fit my requirements. We found the perfect fit and he made the selling process extremely easy! I am extremely pleased with my experience with Fritz and I will tell all of my friends to go and find him when they are ready to buy a car. He is hands down your best employee!

I had an excellent experience with Leith Porsche. I bought a 2017 bmw m3 sight unseen. My sales guy, Fritz, was exceptional. He was very professional, creative, and responsive. Considering I was hundreds of miles away out of state and would not be physically seeing the car, I knew this presented a number of challenges from the start. His communication was on point, and he had to get creative to make sure I still got the customer service experience I needed to be comfortable. He took a walkthrough video of the car, and was careful to specifically highlight the areas I said I was most concerned with. Throughout the negotiation process he was fair and remained professional, and we were able to come to a deal that worked for both sides. I have to also give a shoutout the finance manager, Jason. Even though I used my own out-of-state credit union, he was still accommodating and more than willing to work with me to make sure things weren’t delayed. I really appreciated this, because I could’ve been significantly inconvenienced. Fritz took care of the logistics of the paperwork, and even followed-up to make sure the transport went as planned and I was comfortable with the process. It’s clear that all the employees of this organization are held to a standard of excellence. I also I worked with Cedric, the sales manager, and Joseph, who covered when Fritz was out the office, and the level of competence and professionalism remained the same. I’ve purchased several cars of the last few years, and have been in talks with so many dealerships, and this is by far, one of the best dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. I can say, with confidence, that this dealership doesn’t look at customers like prey, but instead sees them as people, treats them with respect, and is genuinely interested in working for the best interests of all parties. This buying experience was truly a pleasure.
