Folsom Lake Ford’s service department is great. My service advisor, Nick, is the absolute best! Wayne, the shuttle driver, is awesome too.

James Willis was wonderful to work with!

James Willis was wonderful to work with! I brought my Bronco in for an inoperative A/C system, and it was quickly determined that the blower motor failed. While diagnosing the problem it was also determined that my battery was showing low voltage. Parts were ordered and the next day I had cold A/C and a new battery. James continually kept me up to date and wanted to ensure my complete satisfaction. Great job James and Folsom Lake Ford!

The Folsom Lake Ford team was great! Jarred was very informative. He knew his product (Expedition Tremor). He stuck with us through the process which we appreciated. Our finance Manager(Joe R,) did a great job getting the deal done.This is our second purchase at this location.
