I left a message for Crystal yesterday 07/18 and not surprised she didn’t call back. Going on a whole week with no return calls or status.
Received a call on Saturday the vehicle would be ready on Monday, and wouldn’t you believe it, no call no car. This has been the worst experience purchasing a vehicle and for my son who is a first time buyer. Not surprised I haven’t received a response to these private messages. I really need someone from senior to executive management to contact me. I work for a large bank and to treat your customers the way we have been treated is disrespectful to say the least.

He was authentic and down to earth not at all like a what customers fear about car salesmen.
