I have been getting serviced at Bell Honda for nearly 2

I have been getting serviced at Bell Honda for nearly 2 years now and every person in each department I've worked with have been exceptional. The past few times I've gone Brandon has been my advisor and he goes above and beyond.

I should have trusted my instincts and not wasted my time

I should have trusted my instincts and not wasted my time looking here. It took several attempts to get them to answer questions about a vehicle and was repeatedly told that it was in detailing. When I got there, it was filthy so that clearly wasn't the case. The car was nice so I made an offer regardless. My offer was fair based on other listings and I explained exactly where my numbers came from. Their counter was such a joke I walked out. They didn't even honor the price breakdown on their website and tried to add an additional $3000 in dealer adds on a used car that weren't shown on the website. I bought a car at another Honda dealer and will never set foot in this one again.

They were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

They were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They explained everything in detail. By the time we were finished, I felt very comfortable moving forward with my perches.

The service people that first greet us are great they are

The service people that first greet us are great they are pleasant and also professional. I have usually worked with Giovanni and he is fantastic. This last service I was a little disappointed for two reasons they don't check the windshield wiper fluid level which was completely non-existent I realized later and that is kind of important to me being a female When I used to take my vehicle to jiffy lube even though people make fun of jiffy lube sometimes I thought they were really really incredible they check everything and not just to get money out of you they just tell you what they believe that they think you need and I believe them. However what the mechanics that looked at my car did tell me or Giovanni was that after 10,000 miles only on my vehicle that I needed new tires which ended up being absolutely not true and they went as far as marking this urgent. That same day I took my car to Firestone and discount tire who usually will tell you oh yeah you need new tires but they didn't and they told me that you absolutely do not have to worry you do not need new tires and I've been driving around for 5 weeks since the oil change and my tire still look fin. I don't decide to not go back to a place that is done something to upset me or ignoring me but if it continues then obviously I will not be bringing my car back to the dealership after my last couple of free oil changes which I deserve since the car was $35,000 cash the word ignoring meant to say annoying. I was very happy this last time though because I was in and out of there a lot quicker than I ever happened when I had my other Honda Civic so just trying to let you know what's going on thank you for your time

I brought my car in for a differential fluid change here

I brought my car in for a differential fluid change here because I was having a problem with my previous dealership service department. I was amazed in the difference of the customer service that I have received at Bell Honda. My service person was excellent and made me feel valued as a customer and kept me in the progress of the vehicle. My car was back on the road in no time which was great because I had a road trip the next day. I will be using Bell Honda for all future maintenance of my vehicle.

The entire buying process was amazing.

The entire buying process was amazing. 1st the customer service was OUTSTANDING; Efren our sales person, Bear his Manager, and Waseem our finance manager EVERYONE Was amazing. Efren took on the heat and the multiple test drives like a champ. Bear was honest and transparent. Waseem finished up the sale with integrity. Sales is a competitive place, what suprised me was the OTHER sales people walking around introducing themselves and congratulating us. We left with two vehicles! & a lasting impression. Thank you Bell Honda for making this process simple, honest, and rewarding.
