Buying a car from West Herr Subaru was a no hassle experience.Our sale woman McKenzie was very helpful and explained everything to us. We came in just to talk about the Forester and ended up buying one

They really go above and beyond at West Herr Subaru to make sure you're getting taken care of and that you're getting a good deal on a car. I went in at noon on a Saturday and walked away around 5pm with a brand-new car and a lower payment. Yes, 5 hours seems like a bit of a long time to wait but we got lunch in-between courtesy of West Herr so really it was more like 3 and a half. Even then, that's still a short time for the car buying process! Not to mention the salesman we worked with, Paul Naum, was able to handle all this AND a second client at the same time and still made us feel like we were just as much a priority as his other customer. All and all I've gotten 4 Subarus from West Herr and unless the place burns to the ground it's where I'll be getting my 5th, 6th, 7th, and so on!

I walked into west Herr Subaru and was welcomed Immed. I was taken care of by a gentleman named Frank. He LISTENED to what I was trying to explain what was going on with Mr car. At this point only was making an appointment. Turns out my car needed ALOT OF THINGS FIXED. I was given a rental because it was going to take a "minute". In the end my car was held overnight and everything was fixed . Amazing service started from walking into walking out.
