Purchased a 2026 Ioniq9 in June 2025.

Purchased a 2026 Ioniq9 in June 2025. Went to see what I needed for the $7500 Federal Tax Credit for electric vehicle. Dealership is required to give me a time of sale report within 3 days of purchase. Called dealership Jan 7th salesman told me Ioniq9 did not qualify. B.S. Finally spoke with General manager he said his system would NOT accept my cars VIN #. He was going to contact Hyundai. Still waiting on the REQUIRED time of sale report. Update General Manager emailed that if they can NOT issue the form they will cut a check to me for the $7500. Changing the rating to 3 star and if the check comes will upgrade it again.

Hyundai is the worst car company ever a company who would

Hyundai is the worst car company ever a company who would take 25,000 from a 82 year old women and then when the engine blows at 38,800 miles and refuse to honor the warranty is the worst company that I have ever heard of because I change my own oil and don't have documentation they refused to cover the car engine my husband called the corporate office and they still declined so I will tell everyone I know what a bad company this is.

I recommend this dealer and Logan, just a good experience. They were out of our way but i tried another Hyundai place and nothing beats this place. Thank you

It took 3 1/2 hours for an alignment and new tires after

It took 3 1/2 hours for an alignment and new tires after I was quoted 90 minutes. Very dissapointing and frustrating since I got a quote for $50 less at Discount Tires, and they would have gotten it done in less than 90 minutes.

I took my car for guarantee, they had it for a week and

I took my car for guarantee, they had it for a week and they didn?t do anything to it until I kept calling to get my car back and after that whole week there the only thing they told me is that they?re waiting for the parts instead of telling me right away so I can have my car back and something move around in

Bought snow tires and had them mounted and the wheels

Bought snow tires and had them mounted and the wheels aligned. I do not think that the elements of the 30K mile check up are necessary. Things like a brake fluid flush and an anti-freeze change seem like a waste of time and money.
