Not too happy I’m a returning customer because my last experience was great. This time not so much bought a car in February the title came in wrong. 5 months later no corrected title and not much help in resolving this matter

I traded my BMW for a MDX 2020 but don't like it
I lease a MDX 2020 in November 2020. Looks very good but would rather the 2021 CRX. I also found out later that the CRX 2021 is a better price than my MDX 2020. very disappointed in the MDX just a very basic car for over $60,000.00 not a good deal. Can't wait for the end of the lease to come.

Great place to buy a car.
Just recently bought a pre owned car from Acura Bayshore NY. They were excellent. From Kayla, the person I first contacted, to Matt the salesman, to the finance dept, It was a pleasant and efficient experience. I highly recommend this dealership. It was an enjoyable, friendly low pressure dealership. Fair prices, no gimmicks. Highly recommend.

Worse place Customer service They will pressure you to o buy a car and they lies about everything just To make a sale. These people there no no ethics Do not worse ur money and time. Huntington acura much better atleast they seems carr about their customers.

Inspection Disaster
So I bring my 2003 MDX in for an inspection. Several weeks prior to bringing it in I noticed a leak on my high pressure line for my power steering, it was a small leak, but a leak none the less. I put about an ounce in a week. Anyway the technician found the leak and tried to remove the part. Being 17 years old he could not get the part out. 2 inches below the part is my power steering rack rubber boot. Well "he noticed a crack" in the boot and now they want $1800 plus tax to fix it. I asked if the technician broke the boot after spending a half hour trying to get the other part out, I was told that he "was not a hack". I know the boot was not leaking prior to the inspection as a boot that leaks has grime and dried oil around the crack. upon my inspection the "crack is fresh. I own two MDX's both bought brand new 2003, 2016. My cars have been completely serviced at Bayshore to the maintenance specifications. I'm retired on a fixed budget and can't afford another car purchase at this time. Thanks Bayshore for not owning up.
