Deceptive mark up on Internet pricing. I'm imagining the eye roll from their sales employees, they could care less. Right now I'm sitting in the DMV for an hour because they can't be bothered to process the paperwork to transfer ownership of our trade in. This resulted in a suspension notice on my driver's license because I cancelled the insurance on the vehicle I no longer own. I've bought and sold a ton of cars and some how managed not to run into this debacle in my 60 years on earth. I'm a very reasonable and responsible person who just forked over a big pile of cash only to be needlessly jerked around by Jenkins Chevrolet.
