I would not recommend the service department.

I would not recommend the service department. I have a noise coming from the drivers side window especially at higher speed. I made an appointment for Jenkins Chevrolet to diagnose the problem which they suggested replacing the weather stripping around the window. Brought my car back in for another scheduled appointment for them to replace and after 6 days the weather stripping was finally replaced. This did not fix the issue at all and still getting a loud noise. I’ve tried contacting Jenkins Chevrolet multiple times through phone calls and text but have not received a call or text back.

Not a fan of buying cars due to some bad experiences in the past but I can tell you that has changed since purchasing my New Tahoe from Jenkins Chevrolet Of Venice. I worked with Payton and he was so knowledgeable and polite it really made for a quick and easy buying experience. I will be returning in the future when we are ready to get another vehicle.

Devin Was our sales Consultant, he was very easy to work with and very understanding of what we were able to do financially as a younger couple and tried to help us stay within Our budget. I know car Buying can be scary for some but Jenkins Chevrolet Has a very friendly group of people who were all down to earth and made our car buying experience very enjoyable. Would also like to mention the sales manager, TJ, who assisted us in the deal and the Gentleman in finance from the garden state, I’m sorry I forget your name. I look forward to doing business with you guys in the future

Make sure if you buy a car new or used and invest in an extended warranty through GMC that you read the fine print or research problems specifically with the torque converter on any of their vehicles. We bought one and the warranty company specifically stated that they weren't covered under the warranty. We bought a traverse. There is a class action lawsuit dealing with issues specifically for this being heard in March. Ours is failing and we were told it's our problem. They know/knew this existed on their vehicles and have failed to address or fix/compensate people for this specific issue. Just a heads up. We won't be the first or last this happens to.

Horrible experience!

Horrible experience! Dropped my corvette off on December 10 for an a/c repair that I know & verified through other Vette mechanics should’ve only taken a week at most! It’s now going into a month and they still have my car! I’ve been told several times it’ll be ready at end of the week. I’ve asked to speak to a manager several times with no call backs! On Tuesday 12/31 it was supposed to be ready, of course I had to call to find out if I was still getting it today & was told after putting my car back together, on a test drive it was showing traction control issues! I didn’t have that problem when I dropped it off & it sat in a garage bay for a month now! Sounds to me like they messed something up when putting it back together! My bill is over $5k for this? Once again I’m told it’ll be ready today 1/2/25! Not gonna hold my breath! Maybe I need to get an attorney involved?

This dealership uses a lot of Buts ands, And unfortunately. Not much on customer satisfaction. They are no different than any other place. They double talk, promise and under deliver like no other. After charging $185.00/hr to check the starter And flywheel they then said the real problem was the battery fuse assembly And a coolant leak was the reason for the car running poorly and a no start condition. 3 days later of silence they I formed the owner that her engine was fried. Lol I think they should have k own that Ling before the coolant leak and a bad battery fuse that was defined as the problem. I wouldn't take a skateboard to these card shuffling con artist morons. Another under the cover of darkness dealership snafu. PS the Chevy cruze should be labeled a lemon and a stand be put out front to advertise it. Never again will I direct a customer to have them look at their car. Ineptitude abundance at Jenkins

Yesterday I purchased a vehicle from Jenkins Chevrolet of Venice and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Devin was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and guiding me through the options without any pressure. They made sure I found the perfect truck to suit my needs. The finance manager was equally impressive—so friendly and transparent throughout the process. They worked hard to secure the best deal possible for me, ensuring I was comfortable and confident with my purchase. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly prioritizes customer satisfaction, I highly recommend Jenkins! Thank you for making car buying such a positive experience!
