My car was recently serviced (3680). Jake was welcoming, friendly, professionally knowledgeable, efficient, and he went above and beyond to make ME feel valued and taken care of from the moment I drove into the service garage. I received top-notch assistance that surpassed my expectations. I feel like I got a fair, low-pressure deal.

I feel like I got a fair, low-pressure deal. I was buying a CPO and they still treated me like a priority. The process went smoothly start to finish, and I am very happy with the dealership and my car! Shawn and Nick were great sales folks, and the business and tech guy I dealt with were pleasant and informative.

Great experience.

Great experience. Shawn was friendly and professional. We were impressed when my wife bought her car in September and I decided I would deal with him when I wanted to trade my car. Impressed with everyone at the dealership.

I have always had AWESOME experiences at VanBortel

I have always had AWESOME experiences at VanBortel Subaru. Sales staff and tech help are great. Buying a car from VanBortel is actually an enjoyable experience. This is either my 4th or 5th Subaru from VanBortel. Would never buy from anyone else!!!!

I recently had the oil changed and NYS Inspection done.

I recently had the oil changed and NYS Inspection done. When I returned home I noticed that the glove compartment was open and I could not close it. I returned the following day, and Jake in the service department went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the adjustment to the glove compartment.
