Absolutely fabulous salesman to deal with Cameron was the ultimate professional. This was not high pressure, he listened to what we wanted. He came thru for us, we waked out very content with our vehicle. We would purchase another SUV from Cameron.

Dilan was a great help. Very courteous and polite. He didn't pressure me on making my decision on the 2015 SRX. I was able to take the vehicle for a test drive on my own. I had a bad experience back in February at another dealership. The sales rep was in the car and I made a bad decision which cost me a bit of money. So glad l had the opportunity to have Dilan as my sales rep. He was a very thorough and thoughtful. I love my Cadillac. Thanks Dilan! Kind regards, Sonia.

Beverly was pleasure to deal with as always ! Service is outstanding at this location on every visit no matter if it is getting my car serviced or leasing a new one. Worked with Bev ( “Bevette”) and it was just awesome start to finish - and even after! Bought a new corvette, she kept me informed during production, called as soon as it arrived, even sent me photos too until I could come in. She helped with ordering and with set up on delivery. It was raining when I picked it up, she was nervous and had me text when I made it home, follow up 2 days after as well to see how it was / if anything further she could do. Genuine care and concern all around and when I ordered some mats yesterday, I had a response from her and the service team within bloody minutes sorting me out and confirming a time. It’s really refreshing to be over-serviced and have someone deliver more than they promised.

This is the best location that we have found that...

This is the best location that we have found that provided excellent, fast, and friendly service for the installation of hood struts on our 2008 Buick Allure CX. Service was very professional and I would recommend to family and friends.

Recently purchased a used 2010 Camaro LT from Budds,...

Recently purchased a used 2010 Camaro LT from Budds, which I had to resell after only a few weeks due to circumstances. After only putting 300 km on the vehicle, it cost me over $ 2,500.00 to certify the car. All suspension components and brakes, both front end and rear end. There is no way these parts were good when Budds supposedly "safetied" the car. The garage that safety checked the car for me asked me it is was recently certified and I said yes, Their techs then stated there is no way these parts were good when the car was certified at Budds. Also, when I was purchasing the car, despite asking, I was never provided with a copy of the safety certificate and received no response from further inquiries, like they did not care after the sale. I will never return to this dealership and never recommend them to anyone. If i could rate it less than poor I would........

Good morning Mr Wraight, Wayne Carter here, General Manager at Budds'. This email concerns me. I run a tight ship and the service department is no exception. If we missed the mark on this one I need to know more details. Our records show a complete and 'passed' certification, and it was performed by one of our top technicians. So it would be helpful for me to get any other information you may have gleaned from your local mechanic, such as pictures, or their safety certificate with brake measurements. In other words, the other side of the story. I understand this is too late for me to intervene in the repair, but having more knowledge will help me conclude what went wrong. Good morning Wayne, thank you for your quick response to my message and your concern. Sorry for not responding sooner. I have been able to get a copy of the safety check-sheet from my garage and would be happy to email it to you if you could provide an email address for me to send it to. The garage is Tirecraft in Waterloo whom we have been dealing with for almost 30 years, so I know and trust their professionalism and their work. I do not believe for a second that they would lead me astray nor perform work that was not required. It is not some fly by night back yard mechanic shop. looking forward to your response. I was looking to purchase a used vehicle from Budd’s and...

I was looking to purchase a used vehicle from Budd’s and had a very negative experience. I went there on two separate occasions to check out a vehicle. The sales associate that assisted me, Mr. Bill Combee, was not only rude, dismissive, and had no interested in even discussing a deal but also employed highly questionable sales tactics. Although on the first day when I went to test drive the car he had told me I could come make an offer on the vehicle at any time, the next day they had out of the blue dropped the price of the car by a few hundred dollars and therefore he had informed me that the price was now “non-non-negotiable”. He attempted to pressure me to come in earlier that second day to make a deal claiming there were lots of other offers he had received in the meantime. I should note that the car had been sitting unsold on their lot for several months. Furthermore, the advertisement online stated that the car included certain features but when I went in person, the vehicle was lacking some of them - lane change alert, lane departure warning, and adaptive cruise control, among others, so certainly not any minor or negligible features. The regulations in Canada around false advertising and deceptive marketing practices are pretty clear on this point. In the case of this establishment, what’s advertised on their website does not accurately reflect the product they are selling. The back tires on the car were more than 6 years old and had clearly visible cracks in them but when their technician supposedly had them checked, they were deemed road safe. This certainly did not inspire confidence in their inspection process and policy. Moreover, this implies that the tires would pass their 152 point GM Canada CPO certification process which really brings into question the legitimacy of the certification, let alone the justification to pay extra to have such a detailed certification done. After all these issues, when I made a reasoned and informed offer, Mr. Bill Combee simply turned on his heel and walked away without any further discussion leaving me in complete disbelief. I had attempted to speak with the Used Car Manager, Mr. Rich Pawlowski, who although was not as rude as Mr. Bill Combee, still continued to be highly dismissive of my claims and tried to downplay my negative experience with their establishment. Mr. Pawlowski iterated that he was not there when I had my discussions with Mr. Combee. The impression I was given is that at this dealership, the managers do not take responsibility for their subordinates. All in all, I certainly wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone and if I could give less than one star, I would. Rather I would advise Budd's be avoided, unless you’re willing to risk a major headache, sour taste in your mouth and significant wasted time.
