Darren Rocha gets a 5-star review. He was easy to work with, found additional options, and was a great communicator. Great salesperson! It was late at night, so the Finance Dept was not fully staffed, thus the time to complete financing took quite a bit longer than expected.

This is my second time leasing a car from Sun Toyota with Leslie Gray. Ask for her the next time you're looking for a Toyota.

I had a very brief and very unsatisfactory experience with this dealership. I had found what looked like an extremely nice 2019 Mercedes Benz GLA SUV, advertised on Cars.com, on the dealership’s own website, and on another third-party site. At an extremely attractive price. As I live ~100 miles from the dealership, I wanted to get a couple of issues clarified before I went to the trouble of a 200-mile round trip drive. I asked if the dealer would give me a “bottom line, out the door” price, mainly because of a $2995 “protection plan” that seemed to be mandatory, although it was very unclear what exactly this “plan” included. The dealership rep replied that the sales department would not provide any bottom-line pricing via email. I also asked the rep if she would clarify the applicability of a “lifetime nationwide warranty” noted in the posting. The dealership website was quite ambiguous as to whether this warranty applied solely to new Toyota purchases, or to used vehicle purchases as well. I never did get any clarification on this issue. When I continued to try and get the dealer rep to address one or both of these issues, she sort of “disappeared” for a while, then reappeared to say that the car had been sold earlier that day. Now, though, 3+ days later, the car remains posted on all three websites noted above, same price, etc., leading me to wonder whether the “sale” fell through, or whether it was ever really “sold” at all. I have received no further communication from the rep I had been working with. As I have no intention of contacting this dealership again, I have no way of knowing what the real situation is. And you know what? At this point, I couldn’t care less.

I had an amazing experience buying a Tacoma truck for my son, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Jen Sturgis for making the process seamless and enjoyable. From the moment we walked into the dealership, Jen was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Thanks to Jen and the staff at Sun Toyota, my son is now the proud owner of his dream truck. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience and trustworthy service.
