Fred went above and beyond and was so easy to work with. Would absolutely recommend this dealership and to ask for Fred Hemmerich when you go!

Price on line was not honored. Amber Kaleb and manager John raised prices and gave excuses. Terrible experience. Terrible people. High mileage and over priced vehicles. Beware do your own research and car fax everything!! Stay ahead of the game! Because that is what they play. Highly disappointed

BE CAREFUL. HIDDEN FEES. The price they show online is not what they charge. I bought a used car listed online as $34,000. I brought a trade in value at $15k, plus $22k cash. They told me I could get a better deal if I financed part of it, but somehow in that process they tacked on an additional $19,000 in hidden fees, bringing the total to $53,000 I expected there to be taxes and fees, but I was not prepared for all of the additional charged they secretly added on. I repeatedly asked for clarification and Ezekiel Thomas and Patrick Konrad both said that they were transparent with fees, but did not disclose all of the unnecessary warranties they had added. The finance guy kept saying that the sales guy should have told me, but kept asking me to sign the next thing. Finally, when I asked for printed versions of what I had signed I saw the fees. At that point, finance said the only person who could help was the owner but that he was out of the country....I repeatedly asked to speak with someone else because surely someone other than the owner can help resolve this. I'm going to call on Monday and see if the owner is back from vacation.
