Elite Auto Sales

Eddy hill and Elite auto sales are crooks. With no respect for there customers. They sold my wife and I a car with hidden defects. Almost a total of $3000 worth of damage. One of the issues almost caused my wife to be in a serious accident. They claim 0 responsibility when even the car fax clearly shows the work they did to it caused the issues. Do not trust them!

Kyle was wonderful to work with! We were able to schedule a test drive in just a few minutes, and the car was prepped and professionally cleaned. Excellent experience from Kyle. He worked late to help me and followed up with me first thing the next day.

Please be careful of this dealership. They will sell you a car and that same day that car breaks down their attitude is “these are machines and we don’t have any control of it. That should tell you something already without me going through plenty of details that’s not good customer service business ship Neither any type of way to speak to customers in this day and we spend so much

i called a day prior saying i needed a buyers order, & i would go the following day. the second i got there THEY WERE MID DEAL with SOMEONE ELSE! didn’t even bother calling or anything!! i drove 3 hours for absolutely nothing! mind you ATM it’s STILL for sale! I HAD EVEN CALLED SAME DAY PRIOR BEFORE LEAVING! seems like they just wanted me to F off! DO NOT RECOMMEND, UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME!

Straight trash, people, trash cars I would not recommend their All they want is the money into Selling xxxxty cars SMH

Absolutely terrible. Stay away. I scheduled an appointment and they would not let me drive the car even though it was sitting on the lot ! They told me it had a “problem with the paperwork “. Stay away and don’t waste your time dealing with these clowns!

made an offer of cash money and after a week i got a response it was sold. When i told them that it was nice that they didnt reply to offer but did make sure to tell me that it sold then got 4 nasty messages from them. Would never do business with and after reading other reviews i am glad that they didnt take offer

Purchased 2 vehicles on the same day. When we got the paperwork needed to get the them tagged, both sets are incorrect. One set has an invalid title and the other set has an unknown person on the lien paperwork. I doubt it will get corrected before the temp tag expires.
