Service was great. Jhaziah Solomon was kind, respectful, willing to negotiate on price and gave extra effort to make sure my needs were met, including getting lunch for me while I was waiting for the paperwork to be ready.

I recently worked with Levi at Hyundai and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the moment we met, he made me feel comfortable with genuine eye contact and an easygoing demeanor that never felt “salesy.” We even shared a few laughs about how much of an upgrade I was getting trading in my 20-year-old car, which made the process all the more enjoyable. Levi was patient, thorough in answering my questions, and earnest in making sure I felt confident in my decision. It’s rare to find a salesperson who balances professionalism with such authenticity, and Levi absolutely delivered. I highly recommend asking for him if you’re in the market for a new car.

Stopped in 1hour before closing Saturday night to look at
Stopped in 1hour before closing Saturday night to look at a car that was advertised, salesman said had new brakes and tires, which turned out to be incorrect. Still decided to get car, put money down said would be back next morning to finalize deal, they recommended noon, I showed up at 12:15 , salesman not there, waited 15 minutes before arriving. Couple questions to confirm. Ended up waiting 2-1/2 hours before sitting down with finance person, (did not want to finance but was told needed to in order to get price advertised) took about ten minutes to complete paperwork. Asked for confirmation on what work had been done on car , was told they would provide information on Monday after checking with service department, still have not heard back. Decent experience other than waiting for 2-1/2 hours and not getting information requested. Mark,
