Horrible Slimy people.

Horrible Slimy people. This Dealership lied to me about the car safety features. They insisted it is BLUELINK compatible and let me drive off their lot KNOWINGLY committing fraud. I now have The Hyundai National Customer Care Fraud Department investigating, as the Seattle Hyundai Dealership has refused to contact me, and does not return phone calls or emails. They have chosen to ignore the situation hoping I just go away. I presume they have cheated past customers, and will cheat and lie to future customers. They could have addressed their lies and fraud, and corrected their errors. They choose not to. My path now involves King County Court, where a Judge can hold them accountable for their actions and behaviors. It would have been simple for them to admit their mistakes and fix them. Instead they choose to ignore the situation, and do nothing........ Visit this Dealership at your own peril.

Levi and David were both fantastic to work with! Explained everything thoroughly and were honest about what they thought would be best. They got me to a price I was happy with, and respected my boundaries. Finance was also a breeze with everything explained well.

Very good experience, low pressure, no pushing to upsale what I wanted. Jason our salesman went way out of his way to help setup car apps on our phones. That's a big deal at 78 yes old. Richard and June Waite

Pleasant experience overall.

Pleasant experience overall. They were friendly and even allowed me to park my bike inside the dealership while I was out for a test drive.
