Easy to schedule.

Easy to schedule. Service completed promptly and fully. I did expect, but did not receive a detailed inspection report of results. Perhaps because they said everything was fine. Other dealerships service departments have included a more complete inspection report.

Excellent service, friendliness, and helpfulness.

Excellent service, friendliness, and helpfulness. They were very attentive and always had answers to my questions and needs regarding the service required to repair my car. Communication with Gregory via email was prompt and clear. I am extremely satisfied.

LEVI is the MAN!

LEVI is the MAN!! He helped us SO much. We weren't getting that much help from the service department, so we reached out to Levi, who sold us the car. He got us a loaner, and the service department figured out what was going on in ONE day (the previous time we took the car in for this issue, the service department had it for 5 days and couldn't even repro the issue). Thanks so much to Levi. Ana was also great - very responsive!

Ana, service tech, and Kevin, mechanical tech, did a GREAT job as usual! I live on the Eastside, Sammamish, and I only take my vehicles to Seattle Hyundai because of the GREAT service! There’s a reason for that..., Will be looking for a new vehicle soon and looking forward to experiencing the sales dept. Take stock in your employees, they’re the ones that bring your customers in and back!
