I had an incredible experience with Jacob Sant of Hiley Subaru Fort Worth, TX. Not only does Jacob come off friendly and knowledgeable, he had lots of patience with my wife and I as I was not planning to buy a new Subaru and it was late enough in the evening and well passed closing time before everything was completed. This is my second Subaru I have purchased from Hiley Subaru and the care and treatment of their customers is much appreciated. It was easy to find. All employees I spoke to were polite and helpful. There was a sign up behind the cashiers that showed approximately how much money it will cost for different maintenance done on the car. It’s good to know how much to expect to spend.

We purchased our Subaru from Hiley on August 28 and were pleased with the sales team. Unfortunately, our new car was damaged the next day, and repairs through Frank Kent, Hiley Subaru’s certified body shop, have been slow with little communication. We dropped the car off on September 2, and as of September 29, the minor damage still isn’t fixed. We hope management will follow up to help resolve this situation.
