no option for out of state residents to reserve/hold the vehicles; little communications after reaching out - I had to call in myself several times; little to no info on the car - req. info as it was a buyback and still ahs open recalls... Otherwise, I cant really give a positive or a negative on this dealership. They seem to be really great about getting people in the vehicles they want and their reviews were great; however, I was not afforded any of the same assistance as many of those that left the reviews had claimed.
