I saw a nice car online and checked the lot to find a clean and well maintained vehicle. My wife and I talked to JP Pena, and after a test drive, we wanted the car. JP Pena put in extra effort to get us the financing we needed to drive the car home. We are really pleased with our experience and the vehicle.

Z was our salesman. He was great to work with. We purchased a used vehicle and we love it. We do have a recall on it but Z is keeping us updated about the recall and date has been set to get that serviced.

If you purchase on line buyer be ware. Ask if the car comes with a spare key/fob, floor mats and manuals. Also if you work with Z don’t believe him if he tells you it hasn’t been smoked in! My 2021 Mercedes didn’t come with any of the above and the internal smell… a vane attempt to mask cigarette smoke.

I called up there first talk to Nick he said they have the car on the lot when I showed up it was parked up front and ready for a test drive. Nick was very professional and help me out many ways being that I'm a pain in the butt customer.

Sage was my salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He got the cars I wanted to see and gave us ample time to test each one.

Was never contacted, the site needs to be better at responding to ads they put on the web.

I made an offer through your website form on this 2015 Mustang and never received a call back or a reply. I included my contact information on the offer.

Contacted them about a car they had for sale. I wanted to buy it. They are about 600 miles or so away from me. I wanted to have it shipped to me. Their website says they ship nationwide but the salesman said they would not ship the car because of its age???? I then contacted them further to suggest either they make an exception because I am a serious buyer or I can make the shipping arrangements myself. They never responded. I contacted them again. Again, no response. What is that all about?

Very friendly service. Seemed very organized. Did not pressure into anything. Got right to business. Tried getting us the best possible rate they could.
