Needless to say, I was very disappointed in the vehicle.

Needless to say, I was very disappointed in the vehicle. For starters, the car was buried in the back of the lot and it was clearly evident it has been on the lot for quite some time. The exterior of the car had not been washed recently as noted by dirt and grime build up and the disc brakes had a substantial amount of surface rust on them. Additionally the car had a tire with a low tire pressure indication which the salesperson, Z, stated could not remedied but apparently was safe to test drive. I noticed during the test drive that there was a rubbing sound coming from the front end which be a host of issues from a stuck brake caliper to a wheel bearing going bad. I mentioned this issues to the salesperson and he mumbled something about it possibly getting fixed somewhere else but that the cars are sold as is. I also mentioned to him that the description of the engine type on the ad and window sticker was incorrect as it is a 6 cylinder engine as indicated by the T6 model designation, not a 4 cylinder but he didn’t seem too concerned. In short, I was disappointed in the vehicle’s condition and the general apathy of the salesperson that didn’t even try to earn my business.

When you enter the building, there is no pressure.

When you enter the building, there is no pressure. They are there to help you., but there is no one trying to talk you into something. Very good crew of salesman. I would do it again

Worst place to purchase a car if your disabled or

Worst place to purchase a car if your disabled or handicapped or a senior they will take advantage of you - they sold me a car that lasted 18 days and 230 miles - their response an email simply with a link to leave a review — I’m a deaf disabled senior. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY. Share your similar negative experiences please

I am quite happy with the deal I got on my Jaguar, and

I am quite happy with the deal I got on my Jaguar, and with the service I received from Nick. The entire process was super easy! I also like their set pricing. They don’t negotiate which puts good negotiators and bad negotiators on an even playing field! I wasn’t left wondering if I got the best deal. I highly recommend Nick and the dealership!

A was so helpful in the buying process.

A was so helpful in the buying process. We selected the car we wanted, got a test drive in, and got the paperwork started right away. Everyone was so nice and the process was so smooth. My family and I highly recommend buying from here!

Slow to respond to inquiries, and in some cases did not

Slow to respond to inquiries, and in some cases did not respond at all. Asked for a proposal (purchase agreement) to send to my lender. Did not receive it via email, and upon showing up at the dealership in person did not receive. I will take my business elsewhere.

Denny is a terrible manager and has no accountability for

Denny is a terrible manager and has no accountability for his staff. They sold me a car that said had 0 accidents. It ended up having a 9,000 dollar accident. Also said it still had warranty but never mentioned it was a Canadian owned vehicle, which voids the warranty. His excuse was that I should of looked at the website when I was already at the dealership with his staff. Terrible business.
