I went in thinking that I was going to have to pay a lot

Hi,when I buy the vehicle i get the lifetime oil change
Hi,when I buy the vehicle i get the lifetime oil change plan,so last I go to the oil change they do the tire rotation for me ,I just pay for the walmart install two new tire at the front ,they switched it to back ,so at this time I go back for the oil change is ask them to fix it they said going to charge me ,is unbelievable I don't want to pay for it because they never ask me before they do the tire rotation. I dont even need it,ripping people off unacceptable
