I wanted to thank Roger, Khalil and the General Manager

I wanted to thank Roger, Khalil and the General Manager of Honda of Hackettstown for the most horrible car buying experience and telling us that "we were buying the wrong car". They forced us to go to Joyce Honda where we were treated fairly and where we ended up buying the same exact car (2026 Honda HR-V LX AWD, Nordic Forest Pearl color) for the price we wanted. Thank you very much to Michael Harris of Joyce Honda in Denville for the best customer service that my mother deserved whom has been a loyal Honda customer for all these years. Anyone who would like to get the best customer experience and be treated with respect, go see Michael Harris at Joyce Honda in Denville.

The process was dragged on for longer than needed.

The process was dragged on for longer than needed. The car I came to see was supposed to be detailed before I came to look at it, it was covered in dirt and debris inside and out. Car was missing a valve cap and they did not provide enough screws for the license plate. The only thing they were open to negotiate was the loan rate so I would finance with them, even then they price came to same amount financing with a bank.
