had an awesome experience buying my car here from start to finish. Honestly, after dealing with a bunch of pushy salespeople at other lots, this place was a breath of fresh air. They made the whole process super easy, fast, and completely stress-free.

I bought Toyota carmy 2025 used and it was 21K Miles. Sales person said no accident and i believed him. But after i purchased i awared by Car-fax report, this car has minor accident. When i found out already i signed all paper works and took car in my home. Then by Car-fax report caught car got an accident. I went to Arlington koon used car dealer and return the car, but they faking expainaltion as couldn't return the car as signed all paper works. Another issue, Finance manger showed me paper Toyota plus Serices vaild for 36 months such as oilchange (Every 5k Mile and minor maintenance such as tire toration caboin filter etc bah, blah, blah. it was written on paper and pushed me to buy extended warranty. I bought it all. But when I went for first time service for oil change and minor maintenance, service dept. informed me, this is myr last Free Toyota plus service because it is done by 25k miles. I bought this car when it was 21k miles. Then i showed them paper, they answered me it is not true. Then i canceled my extended warranty all features in the same day. I relaized that that will repeat again even i bought extended warranty. Better i can buy warranty from other generic company. So if you guys contact with me and put my Toyota care plus up to 36k miles, it'll be appeciated. But is an unique bad experience.
