Currently working through an oil consumption protocol

Currently working through an oil consumption protocol with my 2017 Sorento. They have been very helpful getting me in so that all the protocol steps are done before my warranty expires. Both Nick and Jim have been great!

Purchase of our Kia EV6 GT went quickly and smoothly. Yesterday, I brought the car in for a service bulletin/software update. Super friendly and sharp service advisor (Jim Mercier) who gave me an accurate estimate of the time. Perfect!

When we called about an apparent dead battery, Johnny got

When we called about an apparent dead battery, Johnny got us right in. The techs discovered the battery was fine. The problem was that we had somehow turned on the dome light and it was draining the battery overnight. While we were there, they saw we had a six month service scheduled in about 10 days, so they offered to do that too. All went well and we are back on the road, thanks to Johnny and the crew!

Always receive outstanding service!

Always receive outstanding service! I arrived a little early but, no problem. I was taken care of right away. Always peace of mind as I know trained professionals are working on my car. The employees are always courteous and friendly, and I'm a woman. Not the same experience some of my gal friends experience at other dealers. I wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else as I've built up trust over the years.

First Service

Everything with Lee Johnson has been amazing from the buying experience to my first service. I was very impressed how quickly they were able to schedule me and on a Saturday which is amazing other dealers would make me wait three weeks for Saturday service. The Kia service team is awesome!

The Kia service team is awesome! Thank you Jim, Nick and Kirsten! One of the back passenger windows on our car was broken out the day before we were leaving for a driving vacation and they were able to get it repaired that same day! Excellent team.
