My 2025 suburban was at your dealership 3 times for the car losing power! It is now at the dealer I purchased the vehicle from hooked up to a machine bc they can’t find out what the problem is! They tried telling me 3 times it was the battery, only did they replace it the last time! The first 2 times your service dept failed and did not replace my battery! Service advisor Luban made the comment as I was picking up the vehicle that it would not be back in for that problem, meaning I believe they knew there was more problems with my vehicle and did not let me know, probably bc I didn’t purchase it from them. Needless to say my experience with your dealership and service dept was one of the worst that I have ever had!!! Your service advisor Luban

my husband and I had both of our Chevrolet trucks serviced at the same time. Service was speedy, and our service rep was very courteous and knowledgeable. The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable, and there was a TV as well as a large assortment of magazines to keep us entertained. The customer waiting area also had ample charging stations for our electronics, if needed. The service department played a big role in purchasing both of our Chevrolet trucks from this dealership.
