They are ridiculously expensive.
They are ridiculously expensive. They also informed me that if you make an appointment, you don’t get worked on at that time. That is just a drop off time. They should really tell you that when you make an appointment so people don’t get up at 6am to make it there for 7am. Instead they let you make a 7 am appt but don’t start on it until 2pm

I’ve been to this dealer two times for service and have
I’ve been to this dealer two times for service and have had terrible experiences both times. First time I came in, December 2025, I didn’t have an appointment. Who knew you needed an appointment? Vehicles don’t malfunction on appointment times. Dropped off on Monday for a seatbelt alarm that wouldn’t stop. No updates on progress until Thursday. They determined my seatbelt alarm was shorted out and replaced it. Friday morning after not being able to reach anyone by phone, I stopped in. Oh yeah, your truck has been ready since Thursday afternoon. So now I have an extra day of rental car to pay for. No call to let me know it was ready. On my way home from the dealership the seat belt alarm started dinging again. I ended up unplugging them. Can’t waste another week in the shop. My second, most recent visit, my passenger door lock would intermittently stop working and my tires needed balancing. Made an appointment this time for the issues. Recently got new tires and the Firestone can’t get them balanced correctly. I figured the dealership would do a better job. Service advisor proceeds to tell me that I have cement build up on my wheels causing them to be out of balanced. Told me it was from driving around on job sites. This was complete, made up xx lies! He obviously had to google my company name to see that I work for a cement company. What he didn’t do is know the facts. I don’t drive on job sites. Ever. Secondly I go through the car wash 4-5 days per week so there’s no possible way to have build up. Lastly, I drove into the Firestone with no vibrations and left with vibrations. So unless my wheels developed cement buildup while at the Firestone, this isn’t the issue. This trip took 4 days to replace the door lock. 4 days of a rental vehicle. I dropped off on Tuesday and was told that afternoon that they determined the lock was faulty and would get it replaced. I called Wednesday and was told they were waiting on approval from Enterprise as it’s a fleet account. I called enterprise and they advised they hadn’t even gotten the request yet. Lies lies lies. I can’t imagine anyone will actually read this review, but if someone does, would you want yourself or a loved one be treated this way? 9 days of rental car off of 2 visits for service. Minor service. Not like you were changing the rear end or engine.
