This was the best car buying experience we ever had. They listened to what we wanted and didn't try to oversell us on anything. We had the car selected and our deposit made by email, phone, and text within a couple hours on a Sunday. Financing done the following day, Monday, and drove from Knoxville to Nashville to pick it up Tuesday, signed the papers and were out the door. Jimmie Giles was our salesman, and he is AWESOME!

Allen is a man of his word. We had a brief phone conversation then several emails I thought it was a deal breaker when he gave me his offer for my trade came back with another offer . The next morning I drove 3 hrs to pick up the car and he made the process as effortless as possible. I highly recommend him.
