The service was efficient, customer- friendly and technically proficient. Without asking, all open campaigns were satisfied. Car had complimentary wash and vacuuming. Car’s promised delivery time/date were satisfied. I would recommend to friends without reservation. Mr. James Moreno, Service Manager l, was excellent.

Stellar service every time!
Hands down the best service you could expect! The GM is very accommodating. Diane, in the service department is very knowledgeable, empathetic and charming. I feel comfortable when I go there. I‘ve had my share of lousy service from many places in the past so will be sticking with Porsche Fairfield for a very long time! I really appreciate the effort they make to provide stellar customer service!

Service department should call themselves no service...
Service department should call themselves no service department. Failed to honor a warranty claim on a tire with a defect. Had a similar problem with my Corvette and the dealer had me out with a new tire no questions asked. Never thought I would see the day when I received better service at Chevy than Porsche. A bunch of crooks. Will not return

Out of state purchase from Porsche Fairfield CT
I spent many months looking for a 2017 Porsche Cayenne. After 4-5 months I came across a 2017 Cayenne S E -Hybrid, Black, loaded at Porsche Fairfield CT. I hesitated to contact them since they were 2 1/2 hrs from where I live. I finally reached out and Mark Ward-Willis contacted me. We talked over the next several days about the car and about my trade. He gave me a quote for my trade, and we discussed a few things I would want cleaned up on the Cayenne. Mark promised he would take care of it, and promised that they would not give me any less for my tade then we discussed. We agreed on a price for the Cayenne and we agreed on a date for me to drive up and purchase the car. Due to a pending tropical storm and then a funeral, I had to move the date out a few days. Mark was very accommodating. He couldn't had been more flexible. When we arrived at the dealership, my wife and I met Mark. He told us to take the car for a ride as long as we liked. After the ride I pointed out a couple of cosmetic things and Mark quickly took care of it. While Mark did that, we sat down with Tony to sign the paperwork. Tony was a great guy also with a great personality. Both Mark and Tony were very sincere. They did not try to back off from anything we had agreed on. I was worried about that since I was travelling from a distance. Since the purchase, Mark has followed up with me several times to see how things were going. I really appreciated it, since it gave me a chance to ask some post purchase questions. I would not hesitate again to purchase a car from Mark and Porsche Fairfield and as a matter of fact, they would be one of my first stops.

Five Star Car Purchase Experience
Thank you to Mark Ward Willis and his team at Porsche Fairfield, CT including GM Mauricio Sanchez, and Business Manger, Tony Salluhi. Amazing job! The single best car purchase experience from start to finish. Admittedly, I was concerned about purchasing a vehicle from a dealership at a distance, especially during a pandemic. Mark worked tirelessly to find my next 911 with my desired package and price and to arrange an easy and streamlined process for closing and pickup. This is the fourth Porsche that we have purchased from a Penske group dealership but the first for us from Porsche Fairfield, CT, a group member outside of our home area of DC, MD, & VA. I enjoyed the experience so much, seeing all the other great models on the floor, talking cars and Porsche with Mark and his team, who share the same love of brand, that it was a bit sad leaving. My wife did not understand how I could stay so long at a dealership. Quite frankly it was easy and fun! As I drove home in my new vehicle and enjoying the solitude of a 5 hour drive in a great machine I was left with the feeling that I can hardly wait to come back in the next year or so to add yet another car. No offense to the other members of the Penske group or other dealers, but take a look at the folks at Porsche Fairfield, a model of service in all respects that is of the highest grade consistent with the brand that they represent. 40k service
The quality of service is outstanding. You can be absolutely confident that your service issues will be addressed correctly. The service area is immaculate and the staff particularly Diane Bodge are very courteous. However it is difficult for me to justify the expense for the service. I just had the 40 k with the replacement of the window control unit due to a broken switch. The bill is over 2000 dollars. I have a 2014 boxter s. They are wonderful cars. Extremely reliable.

I received a notification of a recall, apparently.
Dropped car for software update during Covid 19 period (no loaner or drive back home available) so wife drove me back. No problem Very understandable given the virus. The 911 was ready next day These are some of the nicest people you would ever want to deal with Highly recommended!!!
