Working with Wayne to get my dream car in and of itself was a dream. Buying a car of that caliber sight unseen was daunting. But Wayne made the entire experience transparent and smooth. Trading in my vehicles and having my new one shipped couldn’t have been smoother. Every step of the way, he was attentive, responsive, friendly, professional, and direct. They helped me secure financing and structured the deal to make all parties involved happy. I found this experience to be virtually unlike every other dealership I’ve worked with. Most horrible experience Purchased one week ago Car play did not work Engine light on Could not drive They towed car Monday after Friday purchase Did not get back car until Thursday. Finally for the first time driving today 8/2 Now the triangle yellow simple comes on Mgr Tom which I spoke with 3 times endured me car is impeccable. Reached out to him - for him to call me back. No call back. You would think he would return my call to see if everything is ok and if I was happy but no. Absolutely most unprofessional unimpressed sale I’ve ever experienced buying a high end car. DISGUSTED
