The car came with a cracked windshield.

The car came with a cracked windshield. And the service has not been reset on the vehicle. I wonder if the oil change was actually done if the service has not been reset. I also could not reach Wayne at the time of delivery and received no call. The tires were all needing 10-15 psi per tire. I am not real happy with the communication and condition of the vehicle.

Ken, I was told the car recently had a new battery and an oil change after your firm obtained it. I was provided a car fax that gave me that impression. It turns out now that the battery was replaced but no oil change was done. Wayne told me this himself and provided me the car fax info. I tried to get copies of the signed documents and only received those yesterday as I have been reaching out to Tom. Tom told me that he asked Wayne to call me and Wayne didn’t. I even tried reaching Wayne and he didn’t call me. He didn’t call me during or after delivery at all either. It has been challenging in communication. Yesterday Wayne told me he would get back to me to see if there was a possible resolution to the miscommunication on the oil change. He texted that he didn’t forget about me but no resolution or call. I paid 100% of sticker price to not have to deal with any issues and now I have issues and need to do an oil change right after buying. If I knew this, I would have bought one of the many others available (that were actually priced lower). The service after I wired the funds has been less than stellar. I hope you understand my issues. I did reach out to Tom but that didn’t get Wayne to deliver as promised. Thx for understanding. Cory

Jordan and Kevin did a great job of servicing our Urus. We had a rattle in the sun shade, which is an almost impossible thing fix. I say almost because through the tenacity and commitment to quality of the team, they FIXED it! Good as new. Zero issues with these guys!!

Lamborghini Palm Beach is excellence. Chris in service goes above and beyond to be accommodating with shipping, service etc , amazing guy and so knowledgeable Ken, Tom, Wayne Brent Brian Forgetting more just what you’d expect from high end service but not only that, they make you feel like family !!! No stuffiness here, just laughs great deals and effortless transactions!
