It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and they made it so easy. The salesman was very knowledgable and gave me his honest opinion about the cars I was looking at. I'm very satisfied with my purchase of a 2008 Honda CRV that is in almost perfect condition. The condition of the car was a lot better than every other one I have seen in the same price range. The dealership also mailed me my tags, license plate, and a check for what I had paid over with the DMV fees!

Overall this is an awesome dealership to purchase a car. Mark is an awesome salesman he was patient, understanding and did everything possible to make sure that we walked out happy and satisfied with our purchase. He was able to get us financed at a really low rate which saves us a lot of money . What I like most about this place is that they don't BS you...if you have a ques about a vehicle they got an answer for you .These guys are straightforward and honest people !!! Thanks Mark....

Found a great car at a great price.. Mark and the staff were very professional. Willing to work with me and very detailed about any questions i had. Over all i had a great experience and i would reccomend west coast to everyone.

I went here looking for a car, and they demanded sticker price on the vehicle, which was worth significantly less. They do not negotiate at all here, all of their cars are in generally good condition but severely overpriced. When you attempt to negotiate the salesmen will attempt to bully you into the sticker price. I have never felt so insulted while shopping. Avoid this place.

I was looking for a used car online and after I found what I was looking for at West Coast Auto Finance decided to check it out. After all dealership stories and angry reviews online was kind of skeptical. I did a research and was surprised how all customers were happy with this company. The website has a good pictures of all cars, a lot of info and carfax. I stop by and check the car, it was in a great shape (new tires, brakes, oil change, super clean inside and outside) as all cars on the lot there. Mike showed me the car and next day I took it for a test drive and bought it. All process was fast and easy, no pressure. They gave a little reasonable discount and helped with a couple of things. So I had a great experience and recommend this place!

I loved this place. They picked me up because I didn't have a car at the time. I felt I got the star treatment. Mark and Sean went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal. I was looking for an Audi A4 and this place stood out amongst the other dealerships. They even offer the carfax report free on their website! Mark and Sean were very courteous throughout the whole buying process. They did their best to make sure I got the car I wanted. My car was also traded with no hassle at all. I don't know who the guy below called that rated them one star and brought down their average (maybe a competitor?), but I don't think it was these guys! I had a pleasant talk with Sean on the phone, and they were very pleasant in person. We purchased a 2008 Honda Fit. They agreed to fix three things, including two significant dings in the paint, a new tire, and a front-end alignment. Not only did they do this, but they detailed the car. It looks like brand new and it's 4 years old! Very nice guys. Even closed early on Halloween to have fun with their kids.
