Ballentine Toyota Service Dept is very customer friendly. They listen carefully to my concerns and have their mechanics check these things out. The service staff is very good 👍 at keeping you informed about the car's service. I have lived in Greenwood, SC about a year and am very pleased with the Ballentine Toyota dealership. Great service and professionalism.

Ballantine Service is the best! David and the crew take great care me me! I’ve been a satisfied couple for 22 years! Yesterday, I had to get AAA come jump me off and check my battery. They determined I needed a new one and told me not to turn car off before getting! I’ve been ill (not COVID). and shouldn’t have even been out! I called David and shared my predicament and he told me to bring the car in and they’d take care of me! They had chairs outside where I could social distance and sit in shade! 45 minutes later I had car and was ready to drive off! Thank you a David and Toyota Service!!
