Great Service

They were able to get my Navigator in on short notice and did a professional job with the repairs. I have been a customer for a number of years and Ballentine has never disappointed.

Staff very cordial and promptly took my service request.

Staff very cordial and promptly took my service request. I was told upfront that two other customers were in front of me and that it would be about one and half hours. This was correct and my vehicle was ready. Very good experience.

The Best Car Dealership in the South!

Best Sales & service Departments anywhere. I have bought 5 vehicles over the years from Ballentine & always have them serviced there. Without a doubt the Best I have ever dealt with.

Good experience.

Good experience. Brian Oaks kept in touch while I was waiting for the car to come in. He made us very comfortable during the whole process and made sure we were thoroughly introduced to the car before we drove it away. Im very happy with the car and with Ballentine and with Brian. The financial officer was great too.

Horrible experience with service department.

Horrible experience with service department. Went in to have tire rotation and mirror was loose asked them to check it for the problem. When completed I was told there mirror was just loose and they tightened it. Charged me $63 to check the mirror. Drove just a couple blocks from dealer ship and the entire mirror fell out. Went back to dealer took the mirror in and showed them what happened. Was told since Safelite had replaced the window in 2020 that they didn’t put enough glue on it . Was told Safelite had to fix it that the dealer ship was not responsible. Talked to service manager asked me to come back and he would take care of it. He looked at it and told me the same thing as before but is going to refund the $63. I have talked to my insurance company who put me in touch with safe lite. Safe lite said that because the dealership had touched the mirror it voided the warranty and said dealership was responsible to fix it. Called David the service nanager in Greenwood location and he said they were not responsible. I have been driving around without a rear view mirror. This is dangerous and I could be given a ticket if stopped by law enforcement. Don’t know what else to do but my next step is to get an attorney and file a lawsuit to get this fixed

I had an emergency in California and had to leave South

I had an emergency in California and had to leave South Carolina in a hurry they got me in and out fast and I was out of greenwood sc by noon on Friday and arrived at my destination in California by 2p safe and sound with zero mechanical issues Thank you service dept

Staff are courteous and knowledgeable.

Staff are courteous and knowledgeable. They explain everything. Waiting area is pleasant and comfortable. I’ve never had any problems with work completed here.
