In the past sixty years, I have purchased between 15-20 vehicles and this was by far the most pleasant and easiest purchase I have made. This is largely due to the professionalism of the entire Garavel staff and in particular Rafael Velez. Rafael is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also very patient, and responsive to the customers needs. Most of all, he is not “pushy.” I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or lease a Subaru and I look forward to working with the rest of the Garavel staff.
