I bought my Forester at Garavel about 3 1/2 years ago when cars were really hard to get because of the pandemic related supply chain disruptions. Byeong Cheon, my salesman, went out of his way to help me get a car, which I sorely needed-it took 2 months instead of the 6 months every other dealership was quoting me, and there was no mark up on the MSRP, which every other dealer was also quoting. Byeong held my hand through the entire process and maintained excellent communication so i never worried about anything.I recently reached out to Byeong again to help me get a copy of my bill of sale which I misplaced and needed. He was Johnny on the spot and got it to me within hours rather than the days he thought it might take. I have also had my car serviced occasionally at Garavel and they do a great job at a fair price. I am so pleased with this dealership and would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a Subaru.

Efficient and communicative throughout the whole process. Michelle responded quickly when we sent an inquiry, and included pricing, features, packages and her hours for an appointment. We were able to use a teacher discount and complete the loan application ahead of time. The day of getting the car, we were in and out in no time, including all the final finance paperwork and tour of the car. Everyone was polite, friendly and gave many offers of help, even after we drove away. They also followed up the following day to see if we had any questions. Thanks!
